Terms of Service
By using TempMailer you agree to the following terms. Please read them carefully.
1. Acceptance of terms
By accessing or using TempMailer at tempmailer.uk, you agree to be bound by these Terms of Service. If you do not agree to these terms, please do not use the service.
2. Description of service
TempMailer provides a free, anonymous, disposable email service. Users are assigned a temporary email address that can receive messages for a period of 10 minutes, after which the inbox and all associated emails are permanently deleted. The service is receive-only; sending or forwarding emails from TempMailer addresses is not supported.
3. Acceptable use
You may use TempMailer for lawful personal purposes, including:
- Registering for services without exposing your real email address
- Testing email-related features of software you are developing
- Accessing one-time downloads or gated content
- Avoiding unsolicited marketing emails
4. Prohibited uses
You may not use TempMailer for any of the following:
- Sending, relaying, or facilitating spam or bulk unsolicited email
- Phishing, fraud, identity theft, or impersonation of any person or entity
- Distributing malware, viruses, or any malicious code
- Circumventing legal requirements that mandate a real email address
- Any activity that violates applicable local, national, or international law
- Automated abuse, scraping, or systematically generating large numbers of addresses
Violation of these prohibitions may result in immediate blocking of access and, where required by law, reporting to relevant authorities.
5. No registration or account
TempMailer does not require or offer user accounts. The temporary nature of the service means there is no persistent relationship between TempMailer and any individual user.
6. Auto-deletion of data
All email addresses and inbox contents are automatically and permanently deleted after 10 minutes. TempMailer makes no guarantee that any specific email will be received, stored, or accessible for any particular duration within that window. Do not use TempMailer for any communication you cannot afford to lose.
7. No warranty
TempMailer is provided "as is" and "as available" without warranty of any kind. We do not guarantee uptime, delivery of any email, inbox availability, or that any particular email domain will not be blocklisted by third-party services. Use the service at your own risk.
8. Limitation of liability
To the fullest extent permitted by law, TempMailer and its operators shall not be liable for any direct, indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages arising from your use of or inability to use the service. This includes, but is not limited to, loss of data, missed communications, or business interruption.
9. Intellectual property
The TempMailer name, logo, and website design are the property of their respective owners. You may not reproduce, copy, or redistribute them without explicit written permission.
10. Modifications to the service & terms
We reserve the right to modify or discontinue the service at any time without notice. We may also update these Terms of Service at any time. The "Last updated" date at the top of this page reflects the most recent revision. Continued use of the service after changes are posted constitutes your acceptance of the new terms.
11. Governing law
These terms shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the United Kingdom, without regard to its conflict of law provisions.
